Cancellation policy

Regular purchases will not be subject to cancellation after purchase.

Some of our products may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or pre-purchase trials. This cancellation policy explains how to modify or cancel such purchases.

Recurring purchases

If you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring shipments. This is based on the subscription period and frequency you choose.
Your payment information is securely stored and you will be charged for each of these deliveries unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you can cancel it.
If you wish to cancel or change a subscription, you may do so at any time. In your order confirmation email, you will find a link to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or will be available soon, but is not yet in stock. We may not take any payment at checkout, or we may take a partial payment, save your payment method, and process and charge the full or remaining payment at a later date.
Partially paid pre-orders that have not yet been processed may be cancelled. If your order has been processed, you cannot cancel it, but you may request a full or partial refund. For more information about returns and refunds, please see our Return Policy.

Try Before You Buy

When you purchase a Try Before You Buy item, you approve the payment method before your order is processed. You will be given a certain amount of time to decide if you want to keep the item. If you have not returned the item after the time period expires, the full amount will be charged to your payment method.
