Shipping and handling charges

Items will be shipped via Yamato Transport's courier service or Nekoposu service (applicable to some products).

■Home delivery: Hokkaido, Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu: 700 yen (tax included)
・Okinawa: 1,610 yen (tax included)

Free shipping for orders over 11,000 yen (tax included) (shipping costs will be borne by our store).

[Timing of product shipment]
Orders placed by 12:00 p.m. on the same day will be shipped on the same day. (Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be shipped on the following weekday.)

Returns and Exchanges

Returns due to product damage, soiling, defects, or mistakes
Please be sure to check the product when it arrives.
The following products will be exchanged immediately free of charge.Please contact us after receiving the product.

Returns due to customer convenience
As a general rule, if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, we will only accept returns if the product is unopened.
Please note that we cannot accept returns if the product's outer box has been opened.
