Returns and exchanges

In case of purchase error (limited to unopened package)
Please contact us using the contact form within 7 days of receipt of the goods with your name, address, telephone number and bank account details for a refund and return the goods to us within 7 days of receipt of the goods to the address provided.
Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If the quantity or contents of the product are different from those ordered, if any abnormality in quality is found after opening the package, or if the product is completely unusable due to liquid leakage, etc.,

To reduce environmental impact, the packaging materials are made of recycled paper and the bottles are made of aluminum. Due to the characteristics of paper, there may be slight color differences or spots that feel like stains, but these are not subject to free replacement. Bottles may be scratched or dented (hereinafter referred to as "defective packaging"). However, we do not accept returns for defective packaging.
