Shipping and handling charges
Shipping costs are as follows,
Hokkaido, Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu: 580 yen (tax included)
Okinawa and outlying islands: 1,100 yen (tax included)
Orders over 7,700 yen (including tax) are shipped free of charge (we pay the shipping charges).

8. Delivery Time
Orders and payments received by 12:00 noon are usually shipped the same day. However, shipping will be suspended on Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, GW, Obon, and New Year's Day. Please note that shipping may be delayed due to disasters or other reasons.

9. Returns and Exchanges
Returns due to damage, stains, defects or errors in merchandise
Please inspect the product upon arrival.
We will exchange the product for a correct product at our expense.

Damaged or dirty product

We accept returns at the customer's expense only for unopened items.
Please contact us using the inquiry form and return the product to our designated address within 7 days of receipt.
(2) Precautions
Our products are packaged in aluminum containers to reduce environmental impact.
Scratches or dents on the bottle (hereinafter referred to as "packaging defects") may occur. However, we do not accept returns due to packaging defects.

Q. Can I order by phone or email?
A. Unfortunately, we do not accept orders by phone or email at this time.
Q. I want to confirm that my order is complete.
A. Yes, you can. When your order is complete, you will see the Order Completion screen, which includes the contents of your order and your shipping address information.
An email containing the details of your order will automatically be sent to the email address you provided as your contact information when you placed your order.
Q. Can I change the order details or payment method after the order is confirmed?
A. No. Once an order has been confirmed, you cannot change the quantity of products ordered or the delivery address.
Q. I did not receive my registration/order completion/shipping confirmation e-mail.
There may be a mistake in the email address you entered when you placed your order, or you may need to set up permission settings to receive email domains with Kyria Mail such as docomo/au/softbank.
Q. Can you issue a receipt?

Q. I canceled or returned an order, but my credit card was charged.
A. Depending on the timing of the cancellation/return, your credit card may be charged once, but the refund will be applied to the next month's credit card charge. (Credit card companies may have different policies regarding post-charge refunds). If we cancel your order and you are still being charged, please contact us.
