Don't worry if you've never painted before or don't have any artistic talent! Teacher RIO will carefully teach you how to paint with acrylic paints.
Just bring your own wood-ness aluminum bottle, or any bottle or plastic container you want to draw! (We also have some aluminum bottles available.)
Create your own beautiful, one-of-a-kind bottle!
Purpose of the event: wood-ness is a cosmetics brand that promotes the recycling of limited resources. We planned this workshop with the desire to recycle resources by reusing used containers into beautiful objects instead of throwing them away.
"Workshop Flow"
13-14:30: Have fun designing bottles with acrylic paints.
14:30-15: Enjoy matcha green tea and Japanese sweets.
15-15:30: Preparation for takeaway
15:30: Leave the room

Instructor: RIO UMEZAWA
Contemporary artist. Studied watercolor, crafts, and oil painting from the age of three. After graduating from junior high school, she moved to the US alone to attend an art high school and university before returning to Japan. She holds solo exhibitions across Japan and participates in art fairs both domestically and internationally.
Purpose of the Workshop:
wood-ness is a cosmetics brand that promotes recycling of limited resources. This workshop was planned from a desire to reuse empty containers into beautiful art objects, instead of throwing them away—contributing to a circular resource economy.
